Weekend away and update

                  Larry and I went away this past weekend. Lovely. Lovely. Lovely. In hindsight, I probably would have gone a week or two earlier, since I wasn't really up to hiking all that much and there were some great trails there. But the quiet and the views were really great. This place has lots of quiet spots to sit and read and rest . Honestly, I could have stayed a few more days! The meals were included with this place which was really great. Often time, I would have preferred to be able to go somewhere and pick out what I wanted to eat, etc, but right now it was just so nice to go somewhere and not have to make one decision!

So onto a bit of a pregnancy update...

I'm huge... yeah. Really huge. That's about it.



Ok ok, a few more details. Baby has dropped! Like, really dropped... or at least it feels like it. I now have that lovely, oh so sexy waddle when I walk!! hahaha
It was funny, because Friday and Saturday I noticed I was eating a huge amount! And it was so strange to be able to inhale that amount of food, yet slightly disturbing too!! Then it dawned on me to take a closer look at myself. Ahh yes, my stomach has more room for a reason! Now I just need to watch myself a bit and hopefully not consume such great quantities! I'm sure I probably shocked a few other people at the dinner table at this retreat center! Ha!
Somehow... I'm not too sure how, but somehow I've managed to maintain my weight for the last few weeks too. I'm really hoping to not gain very much more before the end of this pregnancy. We'll just hafta wait and see. Anyone wanna pray this baby safely comes a wee bit early? lol
