Summer!

Yay!! Summer is finally here! I am soooo not a winter person. Just the idea of winter can make me feel ill, lol. We're totally enjoying the warmer weather here.

Can you guess where we went??

I can't believe how insane my kids are going on all the craziest rides. Rides I won't go on!! They must all take after their dad that way...

We're staying busy here. Playing and working and working and playing. Larry just started building a new house for someone so that will keep him hopping for most of the summer. The kids and I are staying busy with summer activities. This week Kayla had VBS and Levi had sports camp. They've both loved it!! It's been interesting watching Levi this week. Some of the reason I homeschooled him was because he simply wasn't able to sit still or listen in a group setting. And he's doing just that now. He's loving sports camp, during devotionals he's sitting and listening! You have no idea how amazing this is!! Anyways, it's very cool to see that he's out growing some of his restlessness. I'm so glad we've kept him home and given him time to do that. I will continue homeschooling, simply because there's lots of other reason I like it. But it's good to know, if he needed to go to school, I think he'd be fine.

If you're on my facebook you've probably noticed that I disappeared!  Sorry to scare ya'll!! Silly me... I posted an update stating that I was going off facebook for a while, then I went and deactivated my account. Without thinking that once I deactivated the statues update wouldn't show up. So I literally just disappeared! But I must admit, I'm rather enjoying my facebook sabbatical.  Facebook is a bit of a love/hate thing with me. I love staying in touch with everyone and hearing about their lives. Yet, I feel the pull that my own life could use the time I spend on the computer. So every now and then I just take a break from the computer. It seems to work really well for me. And being that it's summer there's so much more to do too!  And... Maybe I'll be a little better with updating here!!

Well, I'm off. Starting out a busy weekend!
