Expectations

   Well, as usual. Life rarely goes how we expect it to go. So all my well laid plans for a lovely trip out to the Island are off! I've gone back and forth between feeling peace about it and having a pitty party (I know, so mature!). I'm back at feeling peace. I am where I'm needed.

The flu seems to have entered our household, so to top everything off Larry is sick with that now too! And he's got it bad. Ok ok, not go to the hospital bad, but really yucky bad.
In one sense, it would be nice to have this flu over and done with.

Our kids have been doing a bit more of this...


So, who else has had the flu? Has it been super bad?


ps, any of you other bloggers lost the link for spell check? I can't seem to find mine and my spelling is terrible without it...
