Nathan's recent handywork...
Life has really been good here lately. I'm feeling soooo much better, still the normal tiredness that comes with pregnancy, but no longer sick. I LOVE the warmer weather too. I think I'm one of those people that do much better with exercise. So going for walks with the kids is almost a daily activity. The kids now get completely offended if they have to get in the van on a nice day.
Quick update on Larry. He had been doing really well for a while there. He's doing pretty terrible again now, but he's still continuing on with working etc. He says it's much easier to be busy while you feel yucky. I have to agree! I've had sciatic pain with this pregnancy and I find I can either lay down and hurt, or get up and stay busy and hurt. And, the bonus to staying busy is, I'm less likely to notice it! So, we're both finding busyness a blessing right now. As far as Larry goes, thankfully he's not as sick as he was in the fall either, where he couldn't do anything even if he wanted to. Right now it's just pain, right under his left rib. The dr's have no answers and have now refused to do anything more. They're insisting that he take meds for IBS, but they don't make any difference at all. So... What is left for us to do? I've talked to dr's, almost begged them to do more testing... I've called his past oncologist and his file is too old to get any advice from him. We've tried multiple naturopaths, with some help, more then the dr's, but still... Anyways, the Lord says to give thanks in all things. And I think of Cori Ten Boom and them giving thanks for the lice then later realizing how it did work in their favor. God must have something good in store for us and I will cling to that hope. But sometimes cry too... But that's also pregnancy, hahaha.
Emily putting on a "concert" for us. Levi and Kayla were her agents....
Oh dear, I could write so much more... but I've run out of time... Ah well, leaves more for another post!
I love hearing from you all too, thanks for reading and writing back to me guys :)
